Return & Refund Policy
Grwnk accepts eligible returns for nightstands and bedside tables according to the conditions below. This policy explains the return window, product condition requirements, return method, refund timing, exchanges, and product-specific exclusions.
Return Window and Accepted Return Types
Grwnk accepts return requests within 30 days after delivery for defective and non-defective products. Product condition: new only. Returned items must be unused, unassembled when possible, clean, free of scratches from use, and returned with original packaging, hardware, instructions, and included components when possible.
Return Method, Label, and Fees
Return method: by mail. Return label: included in the package, free. Restocking fees: No cost. No restocking fee applies to approved returns. Customers should repackage furniture securely so panels, drawer fronts, legs, handles, shelves, hardware, and corners are protected during return transit.

Condition Notes for Furniture Items
Items that have been fully assembled, modified, drilled, stained, scratched after delivery, missing hardware, missing drawer parts, missing legs, damaged through improper assembly, or returned without protective packaging may not qualify for a refund. Returned products must remain in new condition so material, finish, drawer or shelf layout, handles, legs, and included parts can be inspected accurately.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, missing hardware, missing panels, or different from what was ordered, email support@grwnk.shop before mailing it back. Include the order number, item name, a short description of the issue, photos of the product, close photos of damaged corners, drawer parts, handles, legs, panels, or package damage if visible.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, send support@grwnk.shop the order number, customer name, item name, reason for return, and supporting photos when applicable. Returns that arrive without order identification may take longer to process. Do not mail assembled or partially disassembled furniture without contacting support first.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected. Refund processing time: 10 days after approval. Banks, card issuers, and payment providers may require additional time to post funds to the account.
Exchanges and Cancellations
Accept exchanges for eligible items when inventory is available. If the requested finish, size, or furniture style is unavailable, the customer may return the eligible item and place a new order. Orders may be cancelled only before fulfillment begins. Once an order is packed or shipped, the return process applies.
